Dave Doven – Manager
Before working at Residential Settlements, Dave owned and managed a thriving real estate office and brought a wealth of experience and people skills to the position. Dave has completed his Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) in an effort to help with the workload carried by our conveyancing staff. Dave has a friendly approachable manner and has created a team with diversity which carries the vision of the company and its future.
Cassandra Beerkens – Conveyancer
Cassandra has been with Residential Settlements since 2004 is one of our excellent Conveyancers. She has a great attitude, is responsible and capable of many roles. She works hard to ensure the settlement process runs smoothly for her clients.
Theresa Peeters – Licensee
Theresa has been in the settlement industry for approx 20 yrs, firstly for solicitors as an outside clerk, then inside the office working on the discharge of mortgages and new mortgages. She then decided to take up the challenge and work in Conveyancing which prompted her to attend TAFE and complete the Diploma in Conveyancing in 2006. As a result Theresa obtained her Licence.
Sarah Guiffre – Conveyancer
Sarah has recently joined our company, her quiet and diligent manner makes her a great Conveyancer. She has worked within the industry for 2 years and has completed her Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing). After working in the Real Estate Industry, she was attracted to conveyancing by the prospect of having more people contact.
Katie Cunnold – Conveyancer
Katie’s has a quiet, diligent manner and pays close attention to detail making her an important part of the Residential Settlements team. She has her own files and also assists the other Conveyancers with their work load.
Stephanie Ives – Administration Assistant
Stephanie has worked as our Outside Clerk for a couple of years but has recently changed to Administration Assistant. She will support the Conveyancers in processing their files.
Alyce White – Outside Clerk
Alyce recently moved from being our receptionist to our Outside Clerk, she enjoys this role because it has variety. She spends her day in town attending settlements, lodging documents, banking and other settlement related business. Some of her duties in the office include sorting the mail, and assisting her co-employees.
Kathryn White – Marketing Manager
Kathryn is a graphic designer and has owned and managed her own printing and design business. She generates the marketing material required by the company. This includes writing, designing and producing the Resi Report and organizing various functions. The Marketing Department has been used by many agents to put their creative ideas into reality and promote their businesses.
